...the caregivers, the providers, the regulators, the families, and the consumers of elder care services in Pennsylvania. We strive to create deep system change toward person-centered care and to break down barriers to the redefinition of quality of life in our society.

Our Vision, Mission and Passion
- We articulate a vision of aging that is life-affirming, satisfying, and meaningful.
- We advocate for transformation across all long term care settings from an institutional model of care to a relationship and community focused model of living.
- We facilitate dialogue among all who care for and about elders in Pennsylvania.
- We believe this change will enhance the care of all including the sick and the disabled of all ages.
- We create and support networking and learning as the cornerstones of change.
- We believe that, like life itself, this change is not a destination but a journey.
